Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cambridge – Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy – Residential and Student Accommodation Projects
Salary up to £55,000 per annum.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a professionally chartered quantity surveyor to join a highly established and renowned UK consultancy. They work very closely with a number of the UK’s top developers and private equity firms and have a huge pipeline of prestigious residential and student accommodation developments.
You will have the opportunity to work very closely with clients and gain first hand exposure to the client’s projects and their needs.
As a top organisation within the market you will be able to maintain and develop client relationships and progress your career amongst like minded individuals. This would suit a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager from Senior to Associate level looking to be a part of a growing business unit within a well established business.

Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Requirements:
- Degree qualified.
- Member of RICS.
- Pre and post contract experience.
- Experience working for a consultancy business.
- Excellent communication skills.
