Property Manager – Client-side Opportunity – Croydon Office
A boutique private investment group are looking for a Property Manager to join their Croydon office and manage their mixed-use portfolio.
Salary up to £35,000 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications.
Very competitive bonus, benefits, car allowance and holiday offered.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relations.
- Ensuring the tenancies in the portfolio are as beneficial as possible and re-gearing these to maximise output for the group.
- Ensure that the portfolio is maintained and repaired to a high standard.
- Must be active within the portfolio and travel to locations in London and the SE.
The successful candidate will be personable, presentable and be competent at written and verbal reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- A relevant industry qualification or be working towards.
- Must hold a UK drivers licence.
