MRICS Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Luxury Residential Developments – Central London – Prime Central London Projects

Cobalt has the pleasure of offering an opportunity to join one of the markets most respected high-end residential cost and project management consultancies. They are looking for an MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join their small team of ten in central London focusing on high-end homes in prime central London neighbourhoods. They are providing an opportunity to work in a client facing role with the opportunity to develop into a dual role as a development project manager.

Remuneration:

Salary from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum + Benefits and Bonus

This is a fantastic position that will allow you to develop in a supportive environment and work for one of the industries most respected consultancies. Our client works across sectors but the majority of projects will be super prime luxury high-end residential for high net worth individuals. They work on projects up to £150 million with a bulk of their work valued from £2-10 million.

This is a full 360 degree role where the successful individual will be able to utilise exceptional client facing skills. This is a perfect opportunity for a professionally qualified quantity surveyor to develop and gain responsibility in project management and development management.

They have an excellent working environment and team culture and as an added bonus there is an annual ski trip in France that everyone is encouraged to attend.

Key Quantity Surveying Requirements:

  • Member of RICS.
  • Degree qualified.
  • High End Residential project experience.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Ability to work within a client facing role.
  • Project management/development management skills.
