The Company
Cobalt is working with a successful developer in the New Zealand market that has completed well known Commercial and Industrial projects in the past. We are looking to source a Commercial Property Manager to join there team now.
This opportunity has evolved due to substantial growth in their asset classes. The person in this role will be exposed to a progressive business that re-develops sites, and constructs many landmark design build projects. You will be managing mostly commercial and industrial assets with the support of a senior team around you.
The Role
In this role you will provide a quality level of service to all associated clients, ensure accurate operational and financial records are documented, provide support to the manager with regards to portfolio and design build opportunities, and complete review/renewals, as well as fit out or maintenance requirements for assets.
Additional requirements include tenancy scheduling, account management, contractor management, database management, agreement negotiations, and monthly reporting.
The Candidate
A minimum requirement for this position includes three years experience in Property Management, good computer literacy, your own vehicle and drivers license, and you will need to be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. Additionally, we are looking for the candidate that is not only enthusiastic about property, but committed to the everyday processes of Property Management, and prepared to deliver a high standard of service to all stakeholders.
