Real Estate Assistant

Our client is a leading sportswear retailer who own over 3000 stores across 24 countries globally. Their success is reflected by their reported annual turnover of £7.6 billion. An exciting new position has arisen for a Real Estate Assistant to join the team of 15, to be based at their London Head Office in the heart of the West End.

This is a great opportunity to join a well known sportswear retail brand who offer excellent company benefits, regular travel opportunities and a real chance for career progression. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for providing 1:1 PA and Administrative support to the Real Estate Director who covers the UK/Ireland/Netherlands and the Nordic markets.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • International travel booking
  • Diary Management
  • Liaising with external Legal companies and Brokers
  • High volume of numerical duties including; invoicing, dealing with service charges, rates and tax notices
  • Arranging meetings
  • Attending new store openings in various locations in the UK and Europe
  • Putting together presentations
  • In depth research
  • Ad hoc administration

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience;

  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Degree Qualification preferable
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Keen interest in Fashion/Retail/Real Estate
