Cobalt are looking for a highly driven part-qualified Management Accountant to assist with the growth of a market leading Real Estate company. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world’s largest property investors with over £25bn of assets under management across all the major sectors including Europe, Asia and North America.

Working within a fast paced environment, this role includes:

  • Monthly production of management accounts
  • Year-end statutory audit pack production for property companies
  • Year-end valuations check, data extraction and dealing with queries from Portfolio Managers
  • Production of ad-hoc Investor/Director report requests
  • Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts and Cash Flow analysis
  • Group loans – calculations, checking and posting
  • Monthly reporting for internally and externally managed companies

Required experience includes:

  • Management accounting Experience
  • Experience assisting with Year-End Audit
  • Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience working with Real Estate/ Property companies
