We can help you make a swift transition as all of our consultants go through a thorough training programme. We prepare all of our consultants through systematic training from sector specialists and we have a dedicated in-house trainer who takes all new consultants through a 3 month induction programme. This covers the whole recruitment process (example topics include Skills Based Candidate Interviews, Employment Legislation, Search Methodology).

The role will see you initially start managing the candidate process on a ‘warm desk’ sharing a vast client base.

In time, you will move onto a dedicated client base, working with key real estate and finance contacts to attract the best talent to their business.
