Our client is an established West-End based platform, who is lending in the UK residential development space, focusing on the UK regions, with some Central London exposure.
The company has a thorough understanding of real estate development and the successful candidate will be a self starter, who wants the opportunity to work for a nimble platform under the branch of a bigger bank.
The successful candidate will have a very good understanding of both UK residential development and senior debt lending; able to present confidently at credit committee; able to do own financial modelling; and a solid negotiator.
