This role is working for one of the big four within its Real Estate Corporate Finance team, who have grown significantly over the last few years.
The role includes a blend of capital raising, real estate restructuring, and strategic advisory. This is in the capacity of advising banks, fund managers, institutional investors, property companies, developers and occupiers. The team also work closely with other parts of the business including consulting, restructuring, tax and accounting, to provide clients with an integrated service.
Working in small project teams, a successful candidate is likely to have an accountancy, banking or surveying qualification; experience of real estate finance and corporate finance transactions; good knowledge and contacts in the real estate market; energetic, lateral thinker with an enquiring mind and a commercial approach; and experience in the development and application of business plans and option appraisals.
