The existing residential portfolio comprises properties let to regulated tenants and a sizeable portfolio of market rented properties let to assured shorthold tenants. The company also has a large ground rent portfolio. Most of the company’s assets are in London and the South East.
Our client has an entrepreneurial outlook with a disciplined and prudent approach to the business. An ambitious and hardworking surveyor is required to join the close-knit team where the applicant will play an important integral role involving acquisitions, sales, asset management and valuation.
The successful applicant needs to have an entrepreneurial can-do approach, be well organised and want to be involved in the team’s workload. The role involves much interaction with agents, managing agents, solicitors and other professional advisors.
