Residential Lettings – Client Accountant West London Temporary to permanent contract

£28k-£30k

The opportunity available is with an award winning Estate Agency that works in a range of sectors across London. They are ambitious to be the best in their field and are looking for a Residential Lettings Client Accountant to be the face of accounts for one of their successful offices in the North of London.

The Residential Lettings Client Accountant will ideally have exceptional communication skills and great attention to detail and the ability to lead a small team and motivate them to become highly successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main contact for all client queries and internal customers such as Property Management team and Lettings function.
  • Overseeing and approving daily Landlord rental payments process, chasing unpaid rent and overseeing the purchase ledger function.
  • Preparing month end reports and completing the annual NAEA reports.
  • Checking and authorising all client payments made by Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerks within the banking system.
  • Completion and distribution of Letting Debtors reports to the relevant departments.

Personal Qualities

  • Must have previous experience in management.
  • Must be a fully AAT qualified accountant.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Estate Agency Accounts experience is preferable.
