Senior Property Cashier West End

£27,000 to £32,000

Our client is a medium-sized Property Surveying Practice who are at the forefront of the market. This company is currently leading in the UK as specialist in property and asset management and they are constantly winning more business and continuing to grow.
They are seeking a Senior Property Cashier who will be responsible for ensuring the cashiering function for the whole company runs smoothly and is kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as a part of a team to process up too 24,000 cash receipts across various systems
  • Using in-house software to post and bank cheques in line with daily banking procedures.
  • Daily bank reconciliations of receipts and payment accounts.
  • Liaising with tenants, credit controllers, property managers in respect of un-allocated funds

and payment queries.

  • Processing Client payments and tenant refunds.

Personal Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Property Management systems.
  • A good understanding of Barclays IFS and HSBC banking systems.
  • Strong cashiering experience
  • Self motivated and organised.
  • Knowledge of RICS regulations
