I’m seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to be based here in Auckland, you will be responsible for the project management of the preconstruction process of the design and builds division, and project management of a multi unit development (5-10 units)

You will have:

experience with the preconstruction design process
residential project management experience in NZ
a high level of Health and safety understanding
exceptional planning and process driven skills
high level of communication and have demonstrated leadership and commitment
a proven track record of delivering projects defect free, to program and within budget
Be self motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations and your own.
