Residential Property Client Accountant

London

£30k-£40k

I am working with a leading property management practice, specialising in the residential sector, looking for a driven Client Accountant to join their team in Central London.

This role will work closely with the Team Leader, building on your existing experience with 360 access to the entire accounting role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of year end reports
  • Undergoing audit enquiries from both internal and external sources, including collating and posting journals,
  • Preparing and reporting up to trial balance
  • Full exposure to service charges, including managing costs and liaising with tenants to ensure timely payment
  • Setting up new clients on to the property management system and ensuring all information is current and correct

Personal Specification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to learn and progress within the real estate sector
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and time lines
