Our client, a property developer and manager of prominent properties in Singapore and the APAC region, are seeking to appoint an experienced Retail / Commercial General Manager to head up their property management, leasing, operations and marketing team.

You will be tasked to lead on the leasing and marketing of their properties and oversee the operations as well. You will be responsible for generating business leads and negotiating leases with tenants, and will also take the lead in managing customer relations and in building a strong relationship between landlord and tenant. Additionally, you will advise on strategies to maximise rental and occupancy.

At the same time, you will lead on the marketing of their retail and F&B spaces and drive initiatives to enhance and improve the retail mix and shopper’s experience. You will be a high-energy and positive go-getter and must be very familiar with the entire leasing process from sourcing for new business, negotiation and tenant management.

You will have a good Degree from a reputable university in Real Estate, Business or Marketing with minimum 10 to 15 years of marketing, leasing and operations experience within the retail and real estate industry in Singapore. You will be experienced in leading a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a strong network of industry contacts and work very well in a team.
