We are currently assisting a client to recruit for a Retail Leasing Executive to be based in North East of Singapore. The roles and responsibilities include:

– Prospecting of tenants including lead generation

– Configuring tenancy mix of the mall

– Lease negotiations, agreement and handover

To qualify for this role, you need to have:

– Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent

– 2-3 prior experience in retail leasing

– Great communication skills
