Property Cashier
Central London
£25k-£30k

My client are an international real estate company with an extensive portfolio of commercial properties, looking for a Cashier based in their central London office.

They are looking for an experienced Cashier to join a small team and build on their existing accounting experience, whilst gaining knowledge and exposure to wider accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining tenant deposit accounts, including the opening and closing of accounts
  • Management of bank reconciliations, completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Completing all transitions within a strict time frame
  • Ensuring all banking systems are up to date and functional
  • Overseeing the development of other staff members within the team

Personal Specification:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior property management system experience desirable
  • Interest in progressing with in the property sector
  • Strong Excel skills
