A leading Investment Management business with a diverse central London portfolio is seeking a Retail Portfolio Manager to add strategic value to their retail portfolio.

The successful individual will be assisting the Head of Asset Management tasked with implementing initiatives which will maximise the commercial income for the portfolio, with key duties including:

Proposing, implementing and executing strategic asset management initiatives which may include refurbishment projects, subletting space, surrendering tenants, extensive lease negotiations, etc
Producing and managing the business plan and budget for the portfolio including setting of sales and income targets for Surveying teams
Developing commercial relationships with existing retailers and other occupiers
Leading and managing the delivery of the lettings, lease renewals and rent review programmes for the existing portfolio and new developments

The required candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with excellent exposure to value add initiatives within a commercial portfolio.
