A boutique developer is looking to fill a crucial role within the team. Working with both the Land and Planning Directors, this role will provide PA support whilst looking after the progression/transactions of land acquisition.

Duties include:

* Make travel/meeting bookings for the team

* Keep project plans up to date

* Create and track project budgets and report to finance

* Liaise with lawyers

* Report on progress of transactions

* Liaise with investors

* Management & tracking of all business expenses for deal teams

* Be responsible for maintaining hard copy and soft copy folders for each deal

* Own the completion process

Skills and Abilities

* Minimum 5 years’ experience within an office environment performing admin duties

* Minimum 3 years’ property experience

* Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills

* Happy to chase internal and external parties to make sure a deal is completed in a timely manner

* Advanced IT skills, including PowerPoint

* Ability to compile information and report efficiently to the team
