MRICS Commercial Property Manager
Greater Manchester
Up to £40,000 plus company benefits
This position would suit a chartered MRICS Property Manager who is looking to expand their scope of experience through supporting an established and tight knit team with the day to day management of a significant regionally located commercial portfolio.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of the following:
- Preparation of service charge budgets, reconciliations and collection of rent.
- Dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Liaising with clients, tenants and landlords.
- Providing strategic advice to potential acquisitions or disposals.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified preferable.
- Property management experience essential.
