Senior/Principal Planner
Birmingham
Due to substantial growth, a large planning consultancy in Birmingham are looking to add a Principal and Senior Planner to their vibrant team. This opportunity will give you the chance to work with a range of blue-chip clients, taking responsibility for projects at the very early stages of the development process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Report Writing
- Managing existing and new client relationships
- Preparing, monitoring and submitting planning applications
- Liaising internally and neighbouring offices
- Negotiations on behalf of the client
The Principal/Senior Planner must be MRTPI accredited working within the public or private sector. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to organise your own workload. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of Development Control procedures and be able to review Development Plans & Proposals.
