A leading property consultancy with office locations throughout the UK is looking to strengthen its commercial planning team in Manchester and London with the addition of a Senior Planner/Associate Planner/Associate Director. My client prides itself on their ability to manage projects of significant complexity within multiple sectors – this particular role has a focus on exciting commercial developments across the UK, primarily working with institutional funds, retailers and developers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

– Drafting, submitting and monitoring of planning applications.

– Preparing Design & Access statements.

– Negotiations on behalf of the client.

– Manage projects from inception through to completion.

– Liaising and negotiating with Planning Officers and various stakeholders.

Preferably, the proposed Planners will have previous experience of working on large-scale retail and commercial developments or a keen interest in working on more commercial work streams. The ideal Planner will be commercially aware and MRTPI qualified. My client will offer a competitive salary and package that includes a rewarding bonus scheme and other notable benefits.
