You will be part of a small but dynamic architectural team – delivering impressive residential projects within the NZ market.

With a footprint throughout Australia and New Zealand, this practice have been making their mark in the residential sector
Their office in Auckland CBD consists of a small Architectural team, with a big output. They believe in teamwork and logic. They work together as a team to ensure the success of each and every project they deliver.

The Role:

They are now recruiting for a Senior Architect to work alongside the Company Director, to lead and manage the team and delivery high quality residential and multi-level residential projects.

Your responsibility includes: • Consult with clients, consultants, contractors and council• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals • Prepare tender applications, presentations and documentation • Project management and coordination of work

• Staff management and support

Professional Background:

You will be a NZ Registered Architect with experience within the New Zealand Residential Sector.
You will have strong knowledge of the New Zealand Building Codes and ArchiCAD.
