The CompanyThey are an International Design Practice who specialises in the delivery of exceptional projects within the commercial and public building sector.

The Role: • Responsible for guiding and managing junior employees • Involved in brief development and project programming • Contribute to strategic facility planning • Prepare resource consent documentation • Managing design support services for detailing and refining of design work• Advanced documentation drawings and specifications • Full proficiency in Revit • Contribute to project team structure and operations • Contribute to project management • Contribute to construction cost monitoring • In-depth understanding of value of maintaining client focus and meeting clients needs • Able to take responsibility for maintaining and developing client relationships

• Minimum of 8 years relevant post-qualification experience

Your Background• You will have a B.Arcn / M.Arch qualification • Solid working experience on Revit • 8 years + experience on projects within the New Zealand market

• Excellent knowledge of NZBC and NZ3604
