The Role:
• Responsible for guiding and managing junior employees • Involved in brief development and project programming • Contribute to strategic facility planning • Prepare resource consent documentation • Managing design support services for detailing and refining of design work• Advanced documentation drawings and specifications • Full proficiency in Revit • Contribute to project team structure and operations • Contribute to project management • Contribute to construction cost monitoring • In-depth understanding of value of maintaining client focus and meeting clients needs • Able to take responsibility for maintaining and developing client relationships
• Minimum of 8 years relevant post-qualification experience
