This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading regional investor with a significant investment portfolio. As the appointed Senior Asset Manager, you would be responsible for a number of out of town retail parks, spread across the North West of England.

The role will encompass day to day management of the portfolio as well as overseeing rent review and lease renewal work undertaken by 3rd party advisers.

This role would suit a chartered surveyor who can demonstrate experience within property or asset management. My client operates an autonomous and professional environment offering genuine scope for career progression.
