Senior Surveyor – Investment Agency – Central London

Salary from £40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.

A market leading consultancy are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Investment Team in central London. The successful candidate will provide advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and negotiation of disposals, with a focus on London and the South East. They will operate independently and take a strong and pro-active role in building upon fee income as well as providing assistance to the Director as necessary.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience in the investment or agency markets.

The Role

  • Assist the Director, providing advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and the negotiation of disposals.
  • Operate independently on investment acquisitions and disposals while focusing on client development.
  • Assist a wide variety on clientele on acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets, including Funds, Institutions, Investment Managers and HNWI’s.

The Person

  • MRICS candidates will be at an advantage.
  • History of delivering results and exceeding clients expectations.
  • Committed team player.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skill
  • Confident with a professional attitude to work.
  • Highly numerate and IT literate.
