A Boutique Construction Consultancy are looking to add a Senior/Associate Employers Agent to their team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but growing office, working on a range of exciting projects across the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile developments across the Commercial, Industrial, Residential & Retail sectors. Furthermore, you will take some responsibility for the development and guidance of junior team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline & ideally MRICS/MAPM accredited
  • Prior Employer’s Agent within a Consultancy environment
  • Project Management experience advantageous
  • Client-facing candidates, capable of successfully maintaining business relationships moving forward
  • Ability to take initiative and be comfortable carrying out projects within minimal supervision
