With Christmas and New Year on the horizon we are working with our client to strengthen their planning team in London as they continue to handle significant projects across the city.

With a focus on projects within the city the Senior and Associate Planners have a pivotal role in leading on and contributing to residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. Our client is renowned for delivering high-quality projects on behalf of an enviable client base that includes major developers, retailers, house builders and wealthy individuals and provides a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment for the planning team to work within.

As a leading real estate consultancy our client are seeking an experienced Senior/Associate Planner who will be able to lead on planning applications, engage with clients (and business develop as their experiences grows), mentor junior members of the team and draft/submit an array of planning documentation. The planning team is not rigid in its structure allowing you the opportunity to work across a wide array of projects so that you can regularly challenge yourself and develop your skill set.

The Senior/Associate Planner will be able to demonstrate a wide breadth of consultancy experience and shall be able to handle challenging workload that spans residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Excellent communication skills are required as you shall regularly engage with a high-profile client base, local planning authorities across London and the wider business. Chartered membership of the RTPI is essential.
