Senior Building Surveyor Auckland
$100,000- $120,000
A leading multi-disciplinary nationwide consultancy are seeking Senior Building Surveyors for both their Auckland and Christchurch office. They are a leading brand, specialising in remedial projects, dispute resolution, design management and project management. They work across a range of sectors so you would be working on a large variety of projects.
This position is ideal for someone looking for the next step in their career into a senior level position, looking to work more autonomously and with the opportunity to manage and lead a team; becoming a vital part of the growing business. They are looking to pay up to $120,000NZD however this is negotiable for exceptional candidates.
Requirements:
– Hold a Building Surveying or related construction degree or diploma
– RICS or NZIBS chartership is preferable for this position
– Ideally you will have previous experience working on weather tightness projects.
– Overseas candidates will be accepted.
– At least 5 years PQE experience.
