Senior Project Manager | London
My client a small to medium sized building contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
The role is a permanent position and will be predominantly site based and will involve working on an exciting multi-million pound hotel project.
The ideal candidate will possess Construction, Civils and Fit Out experience.
Duties:
- Liaising with external consultants and clients.
- Managing all aspects of Pre-Construction, Design and Cost.
- Making sure all relevant information is delivered on time.
Requirements:
- 10 years of project management experience.
- Experience of working on projects up to £30m.
- Proficient IT user, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Methodical and numerate.
- Able to work from initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive software skills.
- Desirable: Construction Graduate.
