This is an excellent opportunity to join one the region’s leading Property Developers. My client is renowned for delivering long lasting and vibrant developments and the regional team have an immediate requirement for a Senior Development Manager.

Reporting into the Development Director, you will be responsible for delivering the life-cycle of the current development pipeline. This role will require the appointed Development Manager to play an active part in the wider business and therefore travel will be a necessary part of this role.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of the following:

Proven track record in the identification of trading and development sites across the North West
An ability to work with the Acquisitions team on the development of bid submissions, writing individual sections of the bid documents where necessary
Contribute to the drafting of funding strategies and packs
Run technical feasibility and due diligence studies
Build, edit update and manage appraisal models and all financial inputs
Demonstrable understanding of funding strategies through to all legal and tax aspects of the development process
A thorough understanding of the planning process, able to formulate a viable planning strategy
Run and manage development appraisals
Contribute to the appointment and management of the design team
Work closely with the Construction Manager throughout the development process
Execute elements of lettings and sales strategies
Proactively promote the schemes, encouraging community engagement
