One of the UK’s leading property consultancies is currently looking for a Senior Development Surveyor to join their London team. The role would be front end, with responsibility for sourcing central London opportunities, deal originating, identifying value add opportunities, and building on the client relationships that currently exist within the team.
The chosen individual will also get involved in subsequent processes, such as financial underwriting asset opportunities.
Recent Deals
- Three Central London Hospitals: a 5 acre site that will be coming to market in late 2017 and a £30 million redevelopment project.
- A Central London Theatre – a £30 million redevelopment project.
- A Central London disposal of an anonymous asset.
- A Central London disposal of an asset in St. John’s Wood.
