One of the UK’s leading PRS investor,developer, operator and asset manager are looking for Senior Development Manager to join their expanding team. Our client provides innovative and desirable rental experiences and has a proven track record in the sector that speaks for itself.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Extensive Development Manager experience
- Responsible for; financial & viability testing, design & feasibility studies, planning progression
- Optimising and adding value to each new development
- Lead the assessment of future development opportunities
- Reporting directly to the Development Director
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Development manager to join a team with a proven track record. They are now delivering Phase 2 of their build to rent pipeline which has a value of £1bn plus.
