Job Title: Senior Investment Accountant/Finance Manager Location: London

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Our client is the Investment arm of a major UK Property Company. Due to continued success this company is looking to further grow its Investment Finance Team with the hiring of a Investment Accountant/Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to assume a senior position within a leading company.

The role will include:

  • Cash flow maintenance and forecasting
  • Review of Management Accounts
  • Production/review of statutory accounts and supporting audit files
  • Dealing with internal departments & external parties regarding accounts, budgets, forecasts and KPIs
  • Assistance with project work.
  • Delegation of tasks to team members and review of their output
  • Review of quarterly bank compliance information

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA)
  • Possess technical knowledge of accounting for day-to-day real estate/investment transactions.
  • Hold technical knowledge of accounting for acquisitions and disposals and complex transactions an advantage.
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience of producing management/statutory accounts
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience of Sage Advanced Accounts Production, QUBE, & Cognos an advantage
