Our client is one of Europe’s largest owner and operators of logistical properties across Europe. This company is looking to add to its existing team with the hiring of a Group Accountant.
The company is looking to add a Group Accountant to its current finance team. This is a great opportunity to join a major organisation as our client enters a period of sustained success.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Cash forecasting
- Debt yield forecasting
- Consolidation – this could include new acquisitions, cash basis, IFRS basis, by portfolio, by country, overall group
- Day-to-day operational matters
- Assistance with ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified accountant (preferably ACA)
- Strong academics
- Experience within the real estate sector
- Strong IFRS, consolidation and multi-jurisdictional Pan-European experience
