Senior Lettings and Property Manager

Client Side

North London

£35,000 – £40,000

The Company

We’re currently working with a well-established client, based in an easily accessible part of North London. The firm owns all of its properties and handles both residential and commercial assets. They’re now seeking to take on a new member of their residential team (currently 8 persons strong) who will take over a client owned portfolio and handle the management and lettings.

The Role

In this position you will oversee a portfolio of 550 properties shared between the team and work with external lettings agencies outside of London. Duties will include answering tenant and landlord queries, handling reactive maintenance, conducting lettings and setting rents, ensuring properties are compliant, and negotiating renewal contracts.

The Candidate

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Strong written and communication ability
  • Heavy attention to detail
  • Experience in residential lettings
  • Advanced experience in residential property management
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Knowledge and understanding of up to date property legislation
  • Experience in booking safety compliance
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
