A rapidly growing Property Finance Company is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with both property development and finance experience to join the team.

Duties will include assisting the Marketing Director with the strategy across various service lines and working across a number of different channels.

Required Experience:

Multi channel experience with a focus on digital channels

Knowledge of PPC/SEO

Paid mediaWebsite and SocialAgency managementContent writingMedia relations and writing press releasesEvents managementStrong writing skillsExperience with CRM systems and roll outs

Please only apply if you are a self-started with a confident nature as this role will be fast paced with much autonomy. A knowledge of property development and bridging loans is also crucial for this role.
