A reputable Real Estate Investment Management brand is looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead on the brand and marketing strategy whilst managing a junior.

This is senior position and candidates must have Real Estate experience preferably from within Asset Management or Investment Management. You will have a thorough understanding of the real estate investment market, investment products and the industry in general.

Duties include:

  • Build brand recognition
  • Develop and implement a measurable marketing strategy to reach clients and prospects.
  • Plan, manage and deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns, using offline and online media and in line with the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Develop and maintain marketing literature and websites, ensuring their content is accurate, up-to-date and relevant to the target audience.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to direct reports and support their development.
  • Approve all marketing material.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Responsible for budget planning, allocation and day-to-day management for all marketing activities.

Candidates must be educated to degree level with appropriate marketing qualifications.
