Senior Property Accountant Central London

£35-42k

Our client is a large asset manager who specialises in retail, office and mixed use management. They aim to create a successful working environment for occupiers and visitors, whilst maintaining and enhancing the asset value of the properties. The role available is a Property Accountant that would manage the communication for a large commercial portfolio. As the main internal and external point of contact you would ensure all service charge accounts and budgets are delivered on time and report this backs to clients on an accurate and relevant basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising rent and service charge demands.
  • Reporting of corporate income, tax, expenditure and cash flow to the clients.
  • Producing client statements, closing properties on a monthly basis and calculate VAT reports.
  • Managing the annual service charge budgets processes.
  • Managing the year end accounts.
  • Ensuring the statutory account are completed.
  • Liaise with varies parties such as; the client, managing agent and auditors.

Personal Requirements

  • Knowledge of property management systems such as; ECS, Yardi, Tramps.
  • Professional qualifications such as; ACA, CIMA, ACCA.
  • Knowledge of the RICS code.
  • Self motivated and able to provide accurate and high quality output.
  • Property experience.
