Senior Acquisitions Manager – Central London
Salary from £53,850 – £67,325 plus flexible benefits
Our client is looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager to work on the more complex and challenging acquisitions on a large scale project. You will drive forward highly complex negotiations and manage relationships with high profile landowners.
Ideally you should be a Chartered Surveyor with knowledge of dealing with multiple stakeholders on sensitive property issues and an understanding of the compulsory purchase process or other government compensation schemes.
The Senior Property Acquisition Manager will be focused on the more complex and high risk acquisitions.
Examples include business relocation’s, complex re-configurations and high value acquisitions.
The role is likely to include cases from various sectors within the regions, such as: commercial, industrial, retail, residential, agricultural and leisure.
