Cobalt is currently assisting a leading landlord in their search for a senior property management position. In this role, you will be overseeing day to day operations of large scale commercial/ industrial buildings and be responsible for the overall building services and stakeholders management. Candidates who are knowledgeable with Yardi system will have an added advantage.
Local commercial building experience is needed
