Our client, a global investment manager, is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join the European team. This role will require a candidate with previous experience of working within Property Research. The role will involve working closely with the rest of the team, analysing real estate variables in order to predict future trends and create insightful, strategic research to support their analysis. The role will look primarily at the European market, with particular focus on France, Spain and Italy.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and either French, Spanish or Italian. The candidate must be aware of political factors which may impact the Real Estate investment market, and will keep up to date with current affairs. Strong written ability and a good grasp of Excel are essential for this role. Ref: 1267185
