Cobalt is proud to work with one of the giant Semiconductor and Electronics components manufacturer. Due to their business expansion in Singapore, they are looking to bring on board qualified Senior/Staff Engineer (Testing & Taping).
In this role,
- Responsible providing engineering support and technical know-how to Testing & Taping
- Lead / Support quality and productivity improvement and cost reduction projects
- Lead selection, evaluation and qualification efforts of new packaging materials and processes for process and quality improvements, risk management, and cost reduction objectives
To be successful in this role,
- You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in RF Testing and Tape & Reel.
- Knowledge of SPC tools, DOE, FMEA, GR&R, sampling plans, etc
- Strong Leadership skill
