Our client is a successful, NZX-listed organisation, prominent in a core growth industry. Headquartered in Auckland, they operate out of a network of branches spanning the country.

An opportunity is available, with shortlisting likely to commence in the early stages of 2019, for a commercially-orientated, analytically-minded finance professional to join an established team.

This newly created role will see you acting as a true finance business partner to a significant number of operational stakeholders across the branch network, providing decision support, commercial guidance and insight and helping to drive the organic growth of the business.

Competencies that are likely to be central to the success of this position will include an extrovert orientation, a solutions-focused drive to add value and a proactive approach to building commercially effective stakeholder relationships.

It is likely that you will be a qualified Accountant with a solid technical foundation and possess significant experience in a similar, forward-looking finance role. You will have a strong grasp of financial systems and the ability to use BI tools to drive meaningful intelligence for the business. Your communication skills will be pre-requisite to your success in this role.
