Senior/Associate Surveyor – Office Agency

Central London

Paying up to £55,000 per annum

Up to 15% commission

An interesting independent Office Agency based in The City are looking for a Senior/Associate Surveyor to join their Central London Leasing team. You will join a team of Surveyors and be involved in acquiring and leasing Central London office spaces to new and established clients from varying industries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships
  • Seeking out new office spaces to acquire and leasing these to suitable tenants across various industries
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants
  • Negotiation with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction on both sides

Key person specification:

  • You will be MRICS qualified
  • Crucially you will have previous experience in lease consultancy preferably in the office or retail sector
  • A strong analytical ability is desired
  • Experience in the central London or South East area is desirable
  • A strong client facing ability is essential for this role
