Our Client is a Global Real Estate Software Company that work with some of the world’s most prestigious Real Estate and Asset Management companies.

Due to the rapid growth of their UK and EMEA presence, we are seeking an experienced Software & Applications Developer to step up and work with external clients, consult and manage projects to build customised applications and reports; intuitive UI’s; and data integrations.

This position will report directly to the Senior Technical Consultant and is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global software company in a Client facing role and gain exposure to various real estate software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for working on applications or integrations from the back-end right through to the front-end.
  • You will work closely with external Clients; consulting, gathering requirements for customised solutions and becoming their main business software contact.
  • Familiarity with software development the ability to adapt to every client’s needs are essential in this role.
  • You will be part of a specialised team and will have the motivation to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a chance to acquire commercial real estate knowledge, develop client-facing experience and move into a Senior Consultant or Team Lead role.

Key Person Specification:

  • The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in software solutions; in particular, the ability to code software and develop web applications to a high standard.
  • The ability to liaise professionally with clients and build a good working relationship by becoming an influential, trusted advisor.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience in software development.
  • Demonstrable experience with C# (WPF a plus) and reporting with SSRS or Tableau.
  • You will hold a distinct advantage if you have good knowledge of real estate and real estate software.
