Our client is a long-established growth equity private equity fund with around 20 years experience across the Asian region.
The fund invests in mid-cap companies in various industries, including business services, healthcare and consumer products.
Currently our client is looking for a VP based in Shanghai.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead/coordinate/support investment activities in China as well as in the Asian region;
- Identify/evaluate investment opportunities including conducting commercial due diligence, performing financial analysis;
- Lead/coordinate the internal investment process, including preparing presentations, drafting investment memos, building financial models, etc.
- Lead/support in deal negotiation, execution and potential exit.
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years experience in private equity firms with relevant industry exposure;
- Good track record on deal sourcing and execution;
- Strong financial skills and deal management experience;
- Developed a strong networking within the industry;
- Gradated from top universities;
- Native in Mandarin and proficient in English
