This established investment company has 6 office locations in Asia. They are looking for an experienced individual to head up their Facilities in the region.
This role will be responsible for both hard and soft services across the portfolio and managing an internal team as well as external vendors and suppliers. It will be required to liaise and engage with senior level stakeholders.
You will have at least 15 years of relevant experience managing such facilities for grade A offices, ideally with experience from Financial Institutions. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills able to persuade and guide multiple internal and external stakeholders.
