Pre-Sales Consultant (Residential Real Estate)

£40,000 – £45,000

Permanent Full-Time

A new and exciting opportunity has become available as a Pre-Sales Consultant at a global Real Estate software development company. This role is joining the existing sales & marketing team to focus in one of the fastest growing areas: Residential Real Estate; working on projects in Build-to-Rent, PRS and Student Accommodation.

The company offers excellent internal training and development programs as well as cross-team collaboration and flexible working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new clients and end-users, advising them on the capabilities of the software.
  • Provide ongoing support for clients and the sales team during the software implementation process.
  • You will need to understand and successfully demonstrate the service offering of Yardi Voyager.
  • Host training from online webinars to all day workshops for on-boarding of users and clients.
  • You will be required to travel to visit clients within the United Kingdom.

Key Person Specification:

  • The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of property and accounting to be able to sound credible in front of any client.
  • You must have a passion for Real Estate, with a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager is essential.
  • Previous experience working with marketing or website development teams is desirable, in particular; online portal management.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • This role will involve travel within the UK.
